Now based in Tervuren, Jasmin honed her journalistic skills through in-depth analysis and reporting for some of Germany’s leading media outlets, also during tenure as an EU correspondent. Working currently in political communications, she enjoys getting back to her journalistic roots by reporting for Tervuren+. “I love the fact that in a little town like Tervuren, people from so many different cultural backgrounds live together. You can’t go for a little stroll in the park without hearing at least two different languages”, she says.
Her passion for writing and uncovering people’s stories is matched by her empathy, solution-oriented approach, and a keen eye for detail. Aside from German, Jasmin speaks French, English, Spanish and Dutch. She has studied at universities in Regensburg, Clermont-Ferrand and Brussels.
